Innovative Circuits Engineering, Inc, a company incorporated in January 1991, is based in the heart of Silicon Valley at 2310 Lundy Avenue in San Jose. Its founders, who are still the four principal officers, were motivated by a vision to establish and provide much needed IC Reliability services to semiconductor manufacturing companies, both established and start-ups. In the first two years, the Company was involved mainly in PCB design, assembly and testing, and subcontracted board fabrication to outside vendors in the Valley. In 1993, it added Reliability Engineering Services to its operations and continued to expand this area to provide a full range of services such as IC Qualification Services, Burn-in, HAST, Temp Cycle and many other IC Reliability and Environmental tests. Today it is one of the most prominent, customer focused, and quality driven Test Labs in the Valley, with certifications and accreditations including ISO9001, ISO17025, and DSSC.
 
As the company evolved, it expanded into new areas including ESD and Latch-up Testing, and Failure Analysis. These developments recognized the need to provide a wider scope of services to customers and to be of greater service to them.
 
The Company has established a reputation for meeting customer requirements by maintaining high standards in quality and service, at realistic prices.
 
From an initial operation of four corporate officers, the Company now has more than 40 employees. The Company’s facilities occupy a leased area of about 30,000 square feet.
