From its inception, Innovative Circuits Engineering, Inc has aspired to deliver quality and excellence in its service to customers. The company has demonstrated its commitment to quality by aiming for higher and higher national and international standards.

  In May 1996, we received ISO9001:1994 registration, in September 2003 we transitioned to ISO9001:2000, and in April 2009 we transitioned to ISO9001:2008.

As from January 2002, we are DSCC (VQC-05-008608) certified for performing Steady State Life Test, Temperature Cycling, Thermal Shock, Burn-In and ESD Classification.

As from September 2007, we are in a special position, as an IC Test Services Lab, to be ISO17025 accredited by "ACLASS".  This accreditation applies to a wide range of  reliability stresses including, ESD-HBM, ESD-MM, ESD-CDM, Burn-in, Temp Cycle, and HAST Stress Tests.

ISO17025 Accreditation goes beyond the requirements of ISO9001 Certification. ISO9001 requires that procedures be controlled and documented, whereas, ISO17025 also requires that the procedures be in line with industry standards, and that technical competence and equipment exist to carry out the required tests.

The accreditation process for ISO17025 is very rigorous. Each stress test included in our ISO17025 “Scope” was demonstrated and subjected to close examination by the auditors. Because of this rigorous approach, the auditing process for ISO17025 is typically longer than for ISO9001.

The ISO17025 accreditation by “ACLASS” is a proof of our commitment to provide the highest quality services and products to our customers. ICE is proud of this exemplary achievement, particularly as it covers a wide range of reliability stress tests.

Then, in April 2011 we were certified under the Energy Star requirements to perform LED Life Testing according to procedure LM-80-08.
